Am I Covered?

Before diagnostics and repairs can begin, you’ll want to confirm if your device is still covered under your warranty. Not sure if your device is still under warranty? Diagnosing the Problem

Once your warranty information has been confirmed, CanTech will diagnose the problem with your Lenovo computer and determine if parts are needed. CanTech will determine whether the necessary parts are or are not covered by your existing warranty.

If the necessary repairs are covered by your Lenovo warranty, CanTech will order any required parts (usually next day delivery for new parts), and complete the repairs within a couple of business days following that.

If the necessary repairs are not covered under your Lenovo warranty CanTech will provide you with an estimate for the repairs and any parts that are required. Don’t worry, you will always receive an estimate to review before any work on your device begins.

How Long Do Repairs Take?

CanTech provides efficient and thorough repairs to IBM, Lenovo and ThinkPad devices. We understand that when your computer fails or malfunctions, you want it back and working as quickly as possible. Typically, pickup, diagnosing, performing repairs, and returning your device back to you usually takes approximately 3-4 business days. Of course, there are sometimes circumstances that will make the repair process longer. We pride ourselves on our timely repairs and do everything within our power to have your device repaired as quickly as possible.
